In this immersive 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to interpret light, color, and movement to create your own semi-abstract water scene inspired by Monet’s iconic style. Using acrylic paints, we’ll build layers through mark-making, and subtle texture techniques that capture the shimmering, dreamlike quality of water and reflection.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned artist, this session is designed to spark creativity and help you loosen up your brushwork, and embrace the art of suggestion over detail. You’ll leave with a completed painting on paper, new skills in expressive painting, and a deeper appreciation for Monet’s magical approach to light and landscape.

All materials will be provided. The group size is a maximum of 4 students. Over 16’students only.
