Come and enjoy a productive and creative 5 hour intaglio printing workshop! This printing process uses flattened Tetrapak cartons to make intaglio prints. It involves creating an image by incising or etching into the carton’s surface and then inking and printing it onto paper using a printing press. This method allows for unique textures and lines in the resulting prints. Lots of fun and no artistic skill required! Ideal if this is your first go at print making. You will leave with a couple of beautiful prints to take home with you.
You are welcome to bring images and photos to work from, I will also have plenty of resources to choose from.
The workshop is five hours long, from 10am – 3pm, including a 40 minute lunch break. A light lunch will be provided or feel free to bring a packed lunch. Tea, coffee and biscuits will also be available. All materials will be supplied.
There are a total of 4 spaces available, this course is designed for over 16’s. Car parking available for 5 cars on the premises.

Unfortunately the premises are not suitable for wheelchair users.
Wear old clothes that you don't mind gettng ink on! Aprons and gloves will be provided. You can bring a sketchbook, pencil and pen.
